As announced April 8th, in a press release, Lt. Governor Skillman talks about the new program that will provide incentives to help Hoosier home buyers purchase foreclosed homes.  The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) announced up to $25,000 incentive when buying foreclosed homes in Indiana.  It is not clear who is going to administer this new program it is thought to be Indiana Housing, all the details have not been announced.  We will keep you posted and up to date as new information is available. IHCDA will be coordinating with lenders/servicers, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD to list foreclosed properties on a centralized website They are going to have a website available by the end of April 2009.  We will have a link on our website as soon as it is available.
